Front End Developer – Currently providing ongoing content updates on existing sites and also work as part of their team on new web development projects.

Skills: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Acrobat Pro, Illustrator, XHTML, HTML5, CSS 2.1, CSS3, javascript, jQuery, SEO, PHP & .ASP. and Customer Support in person, by phone and email.

Contributions on approximately 100 sites for a diverse range of clients, including: Pacific Market, Mendocino Redwood Company, Bank of Napa, La Tortilla Factory, City of Sonoma, Garret Ace Hardware, Adobe Lumber, Hannah Boys Center, and Marin French Cheese.

Webvanta

Front End Developer – As first an intern and then paid contractor, I provided customer support and assistance building sites using the Webvanta CMS.

Skills: Handcoding of HTML & CSS, as well as use of Javascript, jQuery. Graphic design using Photoshop & Fireworks. Assisted in troubleshooting and testing of earlier versions of their Content Management System.

A few of the sites that I contributed: Webvanta Support Site, Choir Gear, Simply Slater, Compliance Helper, KR Studio, Building Web App's, Tahoe Boating, and Tim Donnelley.

Marin Humane Society

As the licensing program coordinator, I saw their public relations department needed help on their web site and I volunteered, which then turned into a paid position providing content updates to multiple departments.

Services: Updating of their adoption animal profiles, inventory management for their pet store using Miva Merchant. Also provided updates for their online class schedule for the Behavior and Training department. Created several online forms as well as an inter-department intranet for the front office.

Sonoma County Fish & Wildlife Commission

.Content Developer and Graphic Design. This web site was developed as part of a student team at Santa Rosa Junior College.

Duties: Primary role as a content developer, which included graphic design, technical briefs, site maps, mock-ups, client relations, testing, & troubleshooting.

This web site was built to strict design and accessibility standards overseen by the County of Sonoma.

Sacramento Dent Works

Entire site planning, design and maintainance as an independent web developer for this small business.

Services and skills provided included: SEO, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Social Networking with a new facebook page. This site also includes a custom form with image uploads, as well as a photo gallery using javascript and jQuery.

Localpostingboard.com

This is a personal project for my family, who've been regular 49ers season ticket holders since the 1950's.

We have six seats, of which we're not always able to use ourselves, and I created this site to help sell those extra seats. Note the use of javascript and the custom form.

The 2011 season proved to be most memorable and contact me if your interested in seats for 2012.

Golden West Glass Company

This was the first web site which was built by myself from start to finish and which I still currently manage.

Responsibilities included all aspects involved in creating and maintaining their site including: Graphic Design, Video Editing, SEO as well as Domain Acquisition and management and all other aspects.

This web site was built several years ago and is in the process of receiving a dynamic new makeover in 2012.

Layla Musselwhite

As an independent web developer, I designed, built and manage this web site for this bay area musician.

This site content includes music downloads and picture gallery, including audio and video clips.

I've also provided other graphic design services for Layla, including: business cards, a CD cover, flyers, and more.

California Faculty Association

This project was a complete redesign by myself from the original site for the SF State Chapter of the CFA.

Skills and services provided include: Graphic Design, Hand Coding HTML & CSS, Content Updates, Photo Gallery, and Social Networking with a new Facebook page.

This site has since been rolled into the CFA California Chapter, so the previous domain and most of my work is no longer available to view.
